We want you to love your PYRA product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your PYRA product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • In original condition (unused or gently used)

  • No significant wear, damage, or modifications

  • Includes all original components, accessories, cables, packaging, and documentation

  • Clean, functional, and in resalable condition

What You’ll Receive

Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, your refund will be issued as follows:

  • Refunded: Product purchase price

  • Deducted: Original shipping cost plus return shipping cost

Example

  • Product price: $110

  • Original shipping: $10

  • Return shipping: $10

  • Refund issued: $90

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Products with significant wear, damage, or misuse

  • Products missing original components or packaging

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@pyraalarm.com within 30 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  2. Receive authorization
    Once approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label purchased at our discounted rate.
    The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Pack securely
    Use original packaging whenever possible. You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives safely.

  4. Ship the product
    Send your return to the address provided, with the RMA number clearly visible on the package.

  5. Receive your refund
    After inspection (typically 3–5 business days after arrival), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will cover return shipping

  • You may be eligible for a full refund or free replacement

Some issues may instead be covered under our 90-Day Limited Warranty, which operates separately from this return policy.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged or defective items)

  • Customers assume the risk of loss during return shipment

  • PYRA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To receive a different product:

  1. Return your original item following this policy

  2. Place a new order on our website

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, if a returned product or its packaging is damaged, incomplete, or missing components, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct additional amounts from your refund, or

  • Refuse the return and ship the product back to you at your expense

Important Notes

  • This return policy is separate from our 90-Day Limited Warranty

  • Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time

  • The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order
