Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Process

All PYRA products are sold on a pre-order basis.

When you place a pre-order:

  • Your payment is collected at checkout to reserve your product

  • You will receive updates regarding production and shipping status

  • Your order will ship within the estimated shipping window listed on the product page

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, testing, supply chain, logistics, or carrier-related factors. We will communicate any material updates as soon as they are available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timing

Orders are fulfilled in bulk shipping waves once products arrive at our warehouse and pass final quality inspections.

  • Carrier: UPS Ground

  • Shipping Origin: West Coast (United States)

  • Transit Time (once shipped): Approximately 3–5 business days

The estimated ship window for each product is clearly stated on its product description page.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:

  • $10 per order, regardless of destination

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Mis-Delivered, Lost, or Damaged Packages

(Without Route Shipping Protection)

If you do not select Route Shipping Protection at checkout and your package experiences an issue:

Mis-Delivered or Lost Packages

  • We will open a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf

  • Carrier investigations typically take up to two weeks

  • Final resolution depends on the carrier’s findings and timely communication between all parties

Damaged Packages

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide a description of the issue and supporting photos so we can determine next steps

Route Shipping Protection (Optional)

At checkout, Route Shipping Protection is added by default for added peace of mind (you may opt out).

When Route Protection is selected:

  • Route manages claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Claims are submitted directly through claims.route.com

  • Route determines the resolution, which may include:

    • Replacement

    • Store credit

    • Refund to the original payment method

Important: Route Shipping Protection applies only to shipping-related issues. It does not cover pre-order delays, estimated shipping windows, or changes of mind.
