Pre-Orders with PYRA

Welcome to PYRA. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing a pre-order. By submitting a pre-order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. What a Pre-Order Means

A pre-order means you are paying now for a product that is not currently in stock and will be manufactured and shipped later.

Pre-orders for PYRA typically require a minimum of twelve (12) weeks, and may take up to six (6) months (180 days) or longer from the date of purchase before the item ships.

2. Shipping Timeline

The earliest estimated shipping window is 12–16 weeks after purchase. However, actual delivery may take up to six (6) months (180 days) or longer depending on production schedules, supply chain constraints, and logistics.

You understand and agree that delays within this timeframe are possible and expected, and do not constitute fraud or grounds for a dispute.

3. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes Based on Timing

By placing a pre-order, you agree not to file any of the following based solely on delayed delivery within the disclosed pre-order timeline:

  • Credit card chargebacks

  • Payment disputes or payment reversals

  • Fraud claims with your payment provider

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The extended timeline has been clearly disclosed before purchase.

  • Not receiving your order within 30, 60, 90, or 120 days is not fraud.

  • Filing a chargeback or dispute in contradiction to these Terms may be treated as a breach of contract.

4. Order Updates

PYRA may provide updates at its discretion.

We are not required to send progress emails, production updates, or status reports during the pre-order period. Lack of communication does not change the expected delivery timeline and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund or dispute.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may request a cancellation and full refund any time before your order has shipped.

To request cancellation, email hello@pyraalarm.com with your order number.

We will do our best to honor cancellation requests whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee approval once an order has entered final processing or has shipped.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYRA’s liability is strictly limited to either:

  • (a) delivering the product when it becomes available, or

  • (b) issuing a refund if legally required.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, including inconvenience, missed deadlines, or expectations related to delivery speed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Agreement

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you:

  • Understand this is a pre-order with delivery expected between 12 weeks and 6 months (180 days) or longer after purchase.

  • Accept that no products are expected to ship within 30 days.

  • Agree not to submit chargebacks, disputes, or fraud claims related solely to the disclosed delivery timeline.

  • Understand that updates are optional and not required.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place a pre-order.
